The Outdoor Classroom has been sited in an area of the playing field little used - the long-jump pits have long since fallen into disrepair.

The area is large, approx. 30m x 20m, and this size gives scope for a complete environment for wildlife to flourish.

In the early stages of the work, a lot of work was put into landscaping the area.
